Office Equipment Silent Auction

The Trustees are pleased to announce the upcoming office equipment silent auction. With the church office renovation project complete, it is necessary to get rid of excess items, including desks, file cabinets, chairs, and other items. Three DUNBAR desks lead the list of 50 items for the silent auction.  Viewing and bidder registration begins Sunday, July 26. The silent auction will begin Sunday, August 2, with the auction ending Sunday, August 9, after the morning service.

Upon registration, bidders will receive a numbered list of items for sale. Bid sheets, by item number, will be on tables close to the office. To bid on an item, simply write your bidder number on the form, along with your bid amount (dollar amounts only). You may bid as many times as you wish. Bidding is open to all persons; the goal is to dispense with items.

Bidding will take place anytime the church is open. During weekdays, bidder registration is in the main office. Viewing of the items will be available throughout the week during regular church office hours; also until 8 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 8 am-noon on Saturdays. The entrance for viewing is at the southwest entrance. At the completion of the silent auction, bid winners will be contacted. It is hoped items can be removed from the church within one week.
